By using DoWitz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DoWitz to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others. Venues may use moderation tools, profanity filters, temporary blocks, and permanent blocks to keep games appropriate for their establishment.
User Content
Players and venues may submit answers, suggestions, prompts, branding content, and promotional text. You are responsible for the content you submit and you represent that you have the right to submit it.
Paid Plans And Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment processing are handled through Stripe and your selected plan settings. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Coupons, Prizes, And Promotions
Venues are responsible for the prizes, offers, coupon redemptions, and promotion terms they choose to provide through DoWitz. Coupon availability, expiration, redeemable day restrictions, and redemption honor are controlled by the venue. DoWitz is not responsible for venue refusal, stock limits, or the economic value of a prize.
Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will remain available forever.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DoWitz if we believe a user or venue is violating these terms, abusing the platform, attempting fraud, or creating risk to other users or the business.
Disclaimers And Liability
DoWitz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoWitz disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of DoWitz after an update means you accept the revised terms.
