We may collect account information such as username, password, email address, first name, last name, screen name, and venue profile details. If you are a venue, we may also collect branding details, public venue URLs, logos, banners, color settings, prize settings, coupon data, and moderation settings.
When you use games, we may collect session activity such as prompts, answers, votes, scores, leaderboard data, coupon issuance and redemption records, and user suggestions. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser session data, and cookie preferences.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, run game sessions, let venues operate branded pages, process prizes and coupons, maintain leaderboards, provide analytics, prevent abuse, enforce moderation and block tools, and improve reliability and security.
If you purchase a paid plan, we also use account and billing information to manage subscriptions and customer support.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. DoWitz does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate DoWitz, such as payment processors and hosting providers, or when required by law. We do not sell user data.

You may update account and venue profile information through your account settings. If you want to request deletion or have privacy questions, contact DoWitz support through the contact method provided on the site or by your business contact channel.
Children
DoWitz is intended for general audiences and venue-based gameplay. It is not directed to children under 13.
