How do players join a game?
Players can join through a session code, a venue’s public venue page, a direct Join button from the home page, or a QR code displayed on the venue page.
What is the difference between venue plans?
Venue plans include branded venue pages and venue controls. Higher tiers unlock broader prize tools, analytics, and the premium live public game feed.
Do you sell user data?
No. DoWitz does not sell user data.
Why do you use cookies?
We use essential cookies to keep accounts logged in, protect forms, support billing and subscriptions, and maintain site preferences like theme selection.
How do subscriptions work?
Paid plans are handled through Stripe Checkout and Stripe’s billing tools. That includes payment collection, renewals, updates, and plan management.
Who is responsible for prizes and coupons?
Venues are responsible for honoring their own prize offers, coupon rules, and redemption terms. DoWitz provides the delivery and tracking tools.
Can a venue moderate players?
Yes. Venue tools may include profanity filtering, custom blocked words, temporary blocks, and permanent blocks to keep gameplay appropriate for the venue.
